Masters and Mentors: Youth Enrichment Strategies (YES) Inc. is devoted to making a meaningful impact in the lives of at-risk youth. We focus on reaching families, schools, and justice system stakeholders in Sedgwick County, KS, particularly in urban and underserved communities where resources are limited and challenges are significant. Aside from mentoring young people, we also have an excellent track record through our partnership with The Gift of Chess when it comes to working with adults in correctional facilities.

We’re here for families living in neighborhoods where opportunities are scarce, but the potential for growth is limitless. We are ready to step into foster homes, juvenile residential facilities, and detention centers to provide mentorship, skill-building, and hope to youth who need it most.

We connect with educators and organizations in Sedgwick County who are passionate about giving at-risk youth a chance to thrive. We are prepared to work with USD 259 and partner with schools, as well as juveniles on probation or corrections to create impactful opportunities and better outcomes.
